Holiday Inn Portsmouth Downtown, an IHG Hotel

The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The restaurant was pretty good and very convenient and the service there was excellent. The prices weren't outrageous either. Parking was easy and the location was good. We were in town for a family funeral and it was interesting being back in this building which I hadn't been in since I was in college decades ago. My dad was close with the original owner so there was a little nostalgia thing for me.

Great place if your visiting someone from Shawnee state university. It’s to bad you can’t just call and make reservations. Had questions we couldn’t fine out in advance

Everything other then the price. But I won't stay at the other hotels that are lower because they are horrible.

Was there for a concert and most of us stayed here. From what I gathered everyone had a great time at the hotel

Everything was perfectly acceptable, parking fine, check in fine, bathroom clean, room clean. Easy walking to bar/restaurant and to Loft's cafe in the morning. I highly recommend Loft's for breakfast, coffee and bakery items.
